My shop Pixsqueaks is finally open!

Some people have been following Pixsqueaks since my Etsy days, but for those unfamiliar, it’s my shop where I sell handmade pet ID tags for cats and dogs. I started this shop on Etsy back in 2014 and it’s actually my second shop, the first one being Pixie Hearts where I sell handmade jewelry (the website for that is launching soon too!).

Although I found great success on that platform, I’ve decided to leave and move to my own website. This allows me create a better user experience for shoppers. It also allows me to highlight my brand which is very important to me as an artist.

After over a year of creative and technical efforts, I’m very happy and proud to present the official Pixsqueaks website! On this website, you’ll find all of my pet ID tag designs that people have come to love over the years, as well as new never-before-seen designs.

I’m very passionate about pets and have three rescues of my own (I’d have more if my husband let me!). I wanted to enter the pet space for this reason.

I chose to focus on pet ID tags because those out in the market are just too boring for me. They lack the fun, pizzaz, and functionality I wanted to bring to my products.

In the video above, I showcase my pet ID tag creations. I talk about all the features that benefit you and your pet. I also answer some frequently asked questions.

It feels really good to be able to talk about my products in such a candid way. As an artist, I’m my biggest critic and now I’m so proud of how far Pixsqueaks has come. I was just crafting in my little room when I still lived with my parents and now I have my very own independent storefront!

I’m also donating a portion of proceeds to local no-kill shelters and rescue fosters. I especially can’t thank the foster organizations enough for giving abandoned pets a home. I don’t know where I’d be if I hadn’t found my three babies.
